How we handle the information you share with us when you use this website or get in touch.

Last updated: June 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by Agency Office Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Evolvin ("we", "us", "our"). Agency Office Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site and through your communications with us. For any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, please email hello@evolvin.com.

What information we collect

We only collect the information we actually need:

  • Contact details you give us — name, company, email, phone, and anything else you include in a message to us.
  • Basic technical information — standard server access logs (IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp) used for operational and security purposes.
  • Correspondence — the emails and messages we exchange, retained so we can pick up conversations where we left off.

We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement.
  • To deliver work we have been engaged to do.
  • To send you information you have specifically asked for (for example, a requested article or update).
  • To protect and maintain this website and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to run our services (for example, an email or hosting provider acting on our behalf) or where required by law.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU, or a jurisdiction with comparable data protection laws, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we are using it, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@evolvin.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by the applicable law, usually a month.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, plus any period required by law (for example, for tax or contract reasons). If we have had no contact for an extended period and there is no ongoing engagement, we will delete or anonymise the records.

Cookies

This site uses the minimum cookies needed to function — for example, to remember your preferences if you have set any. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers. If that changes we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Security

We apply sensible technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us — encrypted transport, access controls on internal systems, and staff training. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever had reason to believe your data was compromised, we would notify you and the relevant authorities in line with the law.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. For significant changes we will also notify clients we are actively working with directly.
